Valor de refer\u00e8ncia de cadastre."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;A partir de l&#039;1 de gener de 2022 estar\u00e0 disponible de manera p\u00fablica el \u201cvalor de refer\u00e8ncia\u201d de cadastre per a cada immoble. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nou valor de refer\u00e8ncia ser\u00e0 el resultat d&#039;una an\u00e0lisi dels preus de compravenda reflectits a les escriptures de compravenda; ve a ser com un preu mitj\u00e0 per metre segons caracter\u00edstiques d&#039;immobles similars, que es determinar\u00e0 anualment per la Direcci\u00f3 General del Cadastre per a tots els immobles (a difer\u00e8ncia del valor cadastral que es revisa de vegades i per a alguns municipis a la llei de pressupostos) .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de l&#039;01\/01\/2022, aquest valor, al qual es podr\u00e0 aplicar una minoraci\u00f3 del 0&#039;9%, ser\u00e0 la base imposable m\u00ednima dels impostos de transmissions patrimonials i de successions. Es presumeix que aquest valor \u00e9s el valor de mercat i si el contribuent sost\u00e9 que un altre valor li correspondr\u00e0 impugnar-lo en via administrativa i, si escau, judicial.
